Job DescriptionEQUIPMENT IS MANUAL - NO AUTOMATIC RESTRICTIONS Position Details:

Flatbed account delivering unfinished steel tube and conduit to local customers
Drivers will use conestoga and occasionally pup trailers to keep the product protected
- On average, drivers are required to manually tarp 1 load/week on standard flatbeds (tarps can weigh up to 50lbs)
10% of loads are drop/hook and 90% of loads are live unloads
Close to 100% preloaded trailers
No driver unload
Driver should expect an average of 170 miles and 6 stops per day
Uniforms are required, but provided by customer

Special Requirements:

Driver will be required to get flat bed certified, JBH Account management will set up the training
Strapping loads will be required 100% of the time
Drivers may be required to throw straps over freight stacked 12'6" high
Drivers are required to climb on and off trailers multiple times per day
